Every piece we make is covered against manufacturing defects in the metal and the setting for as long as you own it. If a prong lifts or a join fails through no fault of yours, we repair it free of charge.

Bring your ring in once or twice a year and we will check the setting, tighten anything that needs it and give it a professional clean. Regular checks keep the warranty working for you.

Delivery within Malaysia is free on every order. Each parcel is fully insured while it travels, packed discreetly and handed over only with a signature.

We send tracking details as soon as your piece leaves us. If you prefer, collect it from the showroom instead and we will fit it for you there.

Guessing a ring size for a surprise proposal is hard. If the fit is not right, your first resize is on us, so you can propose with confidence.

Most rings can be resized up or down by a couple of sizes. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized and may need to be remade; we will explain your options before any work starts.

Every centre diamond comes with a grading report from an independent laboratory, so you know exactly what you are buying: its cut, colour, clarity and carat weight.

We are happy to show you the stone under magnification and talk you through the report, whether you choose a natural or a lab-grown diamond.

Tastes change and milestones come. When you are ready for a larger diamond, talk to us about putting the value of your original stone towards a new one.

Terms depend on the stone and its condition, so we will confirm the details in person before you decide.
