How long does it take to make my ring?
Rings with a stone in stock usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Stones sourced to order and custom designs take longer; we confirm the date before you pay.
Can I see a piece before I buy?
Yes. Book an appointment at our showroom and we will have your chosen pieces ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and online banking. Instalment options will be listed at checkout.
Diamonds
Are your diamonds certified?
Every centre stone comes with a grading report from an independent laboratory.
What is the difference between natural and lab-grown?
Both are real diamonds with the same chemical and physical properties. Natural diamonds formed in the earth; lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment and cost less for the same size.
Sizing and care
What if my ring does not fit?
Your first resize is free within the period in our returns policy.
How do I clean my jewellery?
Soak it in warm water with a little mild soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse and pat dry.
Shipping
Is shipping insured?
Yes, every order ships fully insured and needs a signature on delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within Malaysia. Contact us about international orders.
